Falkenberg was awarded the Freese & Nichols 5th Floor Renovation project in Fort Worth, Texas in January 2012 this project consisted of complete renovations to the entire 5th floor to accommodate for offices and conference rooms. Scope of work included: Selective Demolition, Framing & Drywall, Millwork, Finishes, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, AV, Data/Telecom, Fire Suppression, Electronic Safety and Security
