Falkenberg was awarded the Welltower Plano Back Institute Water Remediation project located in Plano, Texas in September 2019. This This was an Emergency Water Remediation Project. Texas Back was flooded by construction on the 3rd floor above. The flood caused damage to corridors, offices, and exam rooms. Falkenberg had Texas Back 100% operational within 96 hours over a holiday weekend.
