Falkenberg was awarded the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center Day Care Renovations project in 2021. This project is a complete interior and exterior renovation of an existing building to make a new Day Care Facility. Scope includes: earthwork, utilities, concrete foundation, steel structural framing, masonry, finishes, kitchen equipment, fire suppression and complete MEP
