Responsibilities

  • Contract Oversight / Compliance

  • Scheduler

  • RFI, Submittal, Change Order Manager

  • Quality Control

  • Estimating

Requirements

  • 7+ years progressively increasing experience as Project Manager in Commercial Construction

  • Familiar with OnScreen Takeoff or similar takeoff software

  • Familiar with RS Means Estimating Software

  • Job Order Contracting (JOC) Experience preferred

  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge, especially in Word and Excel

  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.  A clear communicator

  • Demonstrated leadership qualities

  • Takes ownership, Attention to detail, upbeat attitude

  • Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field

  • PMP Certification Preferred

  • Quantity Takeoffs

  • Bid Solicitor

  • Pre-Bid Manager

  • Preliminary & Detailed estimates for projects ranging from $10k - $5MM

  • Scheduler

Requirements

  • 7+ years working as Estimator or Project Manager in Commercial Construction

  • Must be familiar with OnScreen Takeoff or similar takeoff software

  • Must have familiarity with RS Means Estimating Software

  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge, especially in Word and Excel

  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.  A clear communicator

  • Demonstrated leadership qualities

  • Takes ownership, Attention to detail, upbeat attitude

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent specialized training from a four-year college or technical school

Requirements

  • 2-5 years Accounts Payable/Receivable experience in the construction industry

  • Takes ownership, Attention to detail, upbeat attitude

  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge, especially in Word and Excel

  • Familiar with Sage Accounting Software or similar

  • Associates Degree or higher w/ Accounting focus preferred but not required

  • Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
